Technical Training and After-sales Service

A Technical Training:

After the customers buy water jets of the Sino Achieve, they shall get free technical trainings for 10 days, and have to take responsible for the transportation fees and board and lodging of the installation and commissioning personnel.

Training Location: at the Sino Achieve or the sites of the factories of the customers

7. Repair response time: during the quality assurance period, when the user’s equipment fails, respond within 24 hours after receipt of written notice.
